
March Mindful Movement
I welcome you to join me this month as we train our minds like our muscles to live more awaken and present. Mindfulness “awareness” is the key to lasting change, more joy and deep peace.
Ask yourself, are you living on autopilot from the “subconscious” mind or are you present awakening your “conscious” mind?
Our minds have been conditioned “wired” and over 95% of our daily thoughts and behaviours are the same ones we had the day before. While many of these thoughts and behaviours serve you, I am sure we can affirm, many do not.
The point of power is NOW in this moment. It is here that we create our healthiest, authentic and prosperous selves in mind, body and spirit. Join me with these micro pauses in the day to strength our most important muscle “our mind.”

Take three calm breaths at regular intervals during your day

Bring to mind people you care about and send love to them

Eat mindfully. Appreciate the taste, texture & smell of your food

Celebrate the International Women’s Day, reach out to a woman that has inspire you.

Take a full breath in and out before you reply to others

Get outside and notice how the weather feels on your face
Thursday, March 11th
Stay fully present while drinking your cup of tea or coffee
Friday, March 12th
Listen deeply to someone and really hear what they are saying

Pause to just watch the sky or clouds for a few minutes today
Sunday, March 14th
Find ways to enjoy any chores or tasks that need doing

Stop, breathe and just notice. Repeat regularly during the day

Get really absorbed with an interesting or creative activity

Look around and spot 3 things you find unusual or pleasant

If you find yourself rushing, make an effort to slow down

Cultivate a feeling of loving-kindness towards others today
