Oatmeal Protein Pancake
Quick, healthy and tasty
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cooking oats
- 1 banana, or 1 grated apple or 1/2 pumpkin puree
- 1 TBSP Chia Seeds
- 2 TBSP pecans
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 -2 TBSP Raisins (optional)
Mix all together and cook in frying pan with coconut oil
Makes 2 pancakes
I make 2 -3 X’s the recipe and toast extra pancakes with nut butter for a protein power breakfast.
