Core & MoreCore & More will improve your mid-section muscles, balance and posture by developing functional strength and flexibility for success in everyday activities and recreation. This non-aerobic session will involve strengthening the “core” and other muscles with your bodyweight and equipment.
Hatha Yoga is a physical form of Yoga that focuses on creating a union between the mind and body. This union is achieved through breathing (prana) and physical poses (asanas) that will enhance your flexibility, core strength and balance, while toning the entire body. The delight of Hatha Yoga is that it is suitable for people of all ages. Whatever your level of fitness you will be able to make real and lasting improvements to your health reaching a higher level of consciousness.
High Intensity Interval Training is a conditioning session with the aim of improving cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. This customized session will incorporate various equipment including Bosu balls, med balls, TRX, battle ropes and more to push you to the limit. These short, intense intervals provide improved athletic capacity, improved glucose metabolism and greater fat oxidation. Get fit fast!
Power Core Yoga is a vigorous, energetic form of yoga moving fluidly from one pose to the next while marrying breath to movements. Power Core incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina in one session, the perfect blend of sweat and serenity.
Short on time? Tabata Express is the an effective approach to HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Focus on overloading large muscle groups combining both cardio and muscle focus sets. Progressions for all fitness levels will be offered.
Women with Weights will sculpt, strength and firm your body in this resistance training session! Focus on overloading your key muscle groups in the upper, lower and midsection of the body with unique exercises empowering you to gain strength and confidence.
Yin Yoga has become known as the quiet profound practice. Poses are held in a passive way at an appropriate depth for a longer period of time. This style of practice stimulates the energy-rich connective tissue of the body while developing mindful awareness. Yin practice is a valuable and necessary compliment to stronger forms of yoga and athletics as well as being a powerful antidote to stressful and busy lifestyles.
Yoga Fusion involves a mix of traditional yoga poses incorporated with resistance training, foam rolling and core.
