Change of habit and developing a healthy lifestyle is challenging! Change is most successful when people come together in unified thought and action through support and teamwork. HealthStyles Consulting intimate group training is built on a sense of community among women that meet weekly for a common goal: health and fitness! Our programs are designed with balance influencing one’s mind, body and spirit.

Group training includes:

  • Groups of 4 – 14 women depending on the specific program (see schedule)

GROUP PROGRAMS

Boot Camp

Boot Camp involves High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to improve cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, and balance. This dynamic program will incorporate various equipment including bosu balls, med balls, battle ropes, TRX, tires and more to push you to the limit. These short, intense intervals provide improved athletic capacity, improved glucose metabolism and greater fat oxidation. Get fit fast!

Total Lifestyle Conditioning

Total Lifestyle Conditioning is the balance of yin and yang. Train all areas of fitness in this integrated one stop shop class. Start your workout with 50 minutes of intense boot camp followed with a restorative yoga practice leaving you feeling accomplished and calm.

Hatha Yoga Flow

Hatha Yoga is a physical form of Yoga that focuses on creating a union between the mind and body. This union is achieved through breathing (prana) and physical poses (asanas) that will enhance your flexibility, core strength and balance, while toning the entire body. The delight of Hatha Yoga is that it is suitable for people of all ages. Whatever you’re level of fitness you will be able to make real and lasting improvements to your health reaching a higher level of consciousness.

Power Core Yoga

Power Core Yoga is a vigorous, energetic form of yoga moving fluidly from one pose to the next while marrying breath to movements. Power Core incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina in one session, the perfect blend of sweat and serenity.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga has become known as the quiet profound practice. Poses are held in a passive way at an appropriate depth for a longer period of time. This style of practice stimulates the energy-rich connective tissue of the body while developing mindful awareness. Yin practice is a valuable and necessary complement to stronger forms of yoga and athletics as well as a being a powerful antidote to stressful and busy lifestyles.
